Is Cartonbox.pl a manufacturer of cardboard boxes or just a wholesaler or intermediary?

Definitely a manufacturer. We have our own production facilities, which means that by shopping with us, you bypass intermediaries and their unnecessary markups. Additionally, you receive your order from a company that knows how to produce corrugated cardboard boxes.

Can I buy cardboard packaging only through the online store? I would like to see the boxes before making a purchase.

We only accept orders for cardboard packaging through our website, email (sprzedaz@cartonbox.pl), or by phone (+48 500 463 912). However, if you would like to see samples before making a purchase, we can send them by courier or organize a meeting in our office in Białystok. Details to be determined on the hotline.

Is shipping for packaging free of charge?

In most orders, yes. If the delivery address of the order is in Poland, where the courier will definitely arrive and the shipping company will not charge us for additional transport fees, then the shipping is free of charge. In the case of international shipping, such as to Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, or Estonia, the shipping cost is individually priced. Shipping outside of Poland is only possible on pallets.

Can I order cardboard boxes with a company logo?

Of course! Boxes with prints are our specialty. We offer three possibilities - a flexographic print in 1 or 2 colors, a multicolor FULLCOLOR print, and a digital print. The minimum order quantity is related to the model and dimensions of the box. Usually, it is about 500 boxes with a flexo print or about 1000 pieces for a multicolor or digital print.

There are no cardboard boxes on the website with the dimensions I'm looking for - can I order them?

Absolutely! Just select the type of cardboard (3-layer or 5-layer) in our calculator and enter the dimensions of the package. The calculator will calculate the net price and the minimum number of pieces we can produce, as well as price proposals for larger quantities. It is obvious that with an increase in the number of ordered boxes, the price decreases.

What should I do if the contents of the package are damaged?

First of all:

Before accepting any package, you should check its condition in the presence of the courier and, if necessary, draw up a damage protocol. This is an absolute basis for complaining about defectively delivered packages!!!

Then, you should contact us by email (sprzedaz@cartonbox.pl) or by phone (+48 500 463 912) and describe the entire situation.

Is it possible to get additional discounts?

Absolutely! Regular customers are granted a discount "by default," and we also organize many promotions during which you can get cardboard packaging at a lower price. Additional discounts are available to anyone who convinces us during a conversation on the hotline (+48 500 463 912) that they really need them.
